Shredding entails the systematic breakdown of metal waste into smaller fragments, a prerequisite for enabling accurate sorting. Subsequently, these minute fragments undergo manual sorting and are then disassembled by hand. Due to the necessity of segregating waste items to recover distinct components, this phase tends to be labour-intensive in nature.


  • The shredder reduces the size of materials by cutting, tearing, and extruding. The thickness of the cutter and the number of claws can be changed according to different materials.

  • The main shaft is driven by the gear reducer, which operates stably, with low noise and high torque can reach higher environmental standards.

  • The knife base and blade on the rotor can be disassembled for easy cleaning, maintenance, and servicing.

  • PLC program control system, which can automatically rotate forward and backwards, making the machine run stably.

  • The box is welded and tempered after welding to eliminate welding stress.

  • The installation position of the moving tool is precisely processed by the machining centre to ensure that the clearance between each moving tool and the fixed tool is the same.
